Privacy policy.

Effective: July 2026

This page covers two things: what this website collects, and how the Ceggesta service treats data when a customer routes AI traffic through it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are

Ceggesta ([legal entity name — fill before publish]) provides decision-intelligence software for organizations that use AI. For anything in this policy, contact hello@ceggesta.com.

2. This website

ceggesta.com collects the information you submit through the design-partner form — name, email, company, role, team size, and an optional message — and uses it solely to respond to your request. It is not added to a marketing list and is not shared for advertising.

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. There are no ad trackers on this site and no cookies that require a consent banner.

3. The Ceggesta service

Customers route their LLM API traffic through Ceggesta, so the service processes that traffic on the customer’s behalf. The service is built so that the most sensitive part of that stream — what people actually typed — is handled conservatively:

  • Personal data in prompt content is redacted before anything is stored.
  • Stored prompt context expires after 30 days; the surrounding event records (tokens, cost, attribution) expire after 90.
  • Organizations can disable prompt storage entirely, effective immediately for new traffic.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not train models on customer data.

4. Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the website and the service: Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure), Cloudflare (edge and hosting), the LLM providers a customer has chosen to use under their own accounts, and Google Workspace and Amazon SES for email.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@ceggesta.com. We honor applicable data-protection rights, including under the GDPR and CCPA where they apply.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
